A: For the Magic Handwarmers, it's reusable, all you have to do is boil it in hot water for a few minutes for re-use. They are meant to be used over and over again! However, for the Apparel Bodywarmers, they are for one-time use only. Q: Do you take returns? A: Because EZ Cozy Magic Handwarmers are activated once when the metal button is clicked and the Apparel Bodywarmers are for one-time use only, we cannot accept returns. However, if the products you received were delivered in defect, we will gladly send you a new one once you returned the defective item to us. Q: What will you come up with next?
